Zach Wood is an NFL player for the New Orleans Saints. He has been the team’s Long Snapper since he signed with the Saints in September of 2017. Just days after signing, he was inserted into the mix on MNF against the MN Vikings, and he has been the club’s snapper ever since. Zach played collegiately at SMU, and was signed right out of college by the Dallas Cowboys in 2016, but it is with the Saints that he has quickly asserted himself as one of the league’s best Long Snappers on one of the NFL’s best Special Teams (Kicking/Punting) Units for one of the best teams in the NFL.
In his spare time, Zach enjoys music, golf, sports, and giving back to the community, particularly in causes giving specific attention to mental health issues.
